Sophia Delacassa is a Stage and Film & TV actor in her final year at Performers College, with over seven years of industry experience. Named after the legendary Sophia Loren, she has always felt the pull of the stage — and she's never looked back.

Her training has given her a deep physical and vocal intelligence. Laban movement and ensemble dance work connected her to her body; rigorous voice work — breath, resonance, diaphragmatic support — gave her the tools to carry real emotion. On camera, she found something unexpected: the camera loves her back.

She is as comfortable in an intimate studio as she is under a spotlight, and brings the same truthfulness to both. When she is not performing, she is most likely rewatching Grey's Anatomy and thinking about actor-director dynamics.
